Everything you need to know before you join us at Banff Station.
Read the rules, plan ahead, and get ready for the mountain’s call.

When and where is AROABORA happening?

AROABORA takes place March 27–28, 2026 at Banff Station —

327 Railway Ave, Banff, AB T1L 1A1, Canada.

AROABORA is an 18+ event. Valid government photo ID will be required for entry.

Banff Station is centrally located and accessible by foot from most downtown accommodations.

For those coming from Calgary or nearby towns, shuttle and transit options will be announced closer to the event.

We strongly encourage carpooling, shared transport, and local stays to minimize environmental impact.

Festival weekend accommodation will be available through selected partner hotels and lodges in Banff.
Package options with lift access, shuttle service, and après experiences will be announced soon.

  • Valid photo ID
  • Warm, layered clothing 
  • Small bag or fanny pack
  • Reusable water bottle (empty at entry)
  • Positive energy and respect for the space and one another
To keep everyone safe and the site secure, please do not bring:
  • Large bags, backpacks, or coolers 
  • Glass bottles or containers
  • Outside alcohol or food
  • Drugs or illegal substances
  • Weapons, fireworks, or flares
  • Drones or professional camera equipment (unless accredited)
  • Pets (except certified service animals)

Yes. Banff Station and the surrounding grounds are wheelchair accessible.

If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact our team in advance so we can best support your experience.

All food, beverage, and merchandise vendors accept credit and debit cards.

The festival site will be cashless.

Personal phones and small cameras are welcome!

Professional cameras, drones, and audio recording equipment are not permitted without media accreditation.

Please follow all Alberta provincial laws. Consumption is not permitted within festival grounds.

AROABORA is not responsible for lost or stolen items — please keep valuables secure.

AROABORA is a consent-first space.

Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
